The Skoda Kodiaq is bigger and better – figuratively and literally

The New Skoda Kodiaq made its world debut in Berlin on the first of September, 2016. It’s all set and ready to launch in India in the second half of the year. For the first time ever, Skoda introduces a car that has the option for 7 seats.

The new model has finally surpassed the Hyundai Santa Fe Kia Sorento and Nissan X-Trail. Size wise, the New Kodiaq is a little longer than Skoda Octavia and slightly shorter than the New Skoda Superb. However, just like the deceptive exterior sizes of the other Skodas, the interiors of Kodiaq are extremely roomy, spacious and comfortable.

Skoda Kodiaq – features and more.

The new Kodiaq comes in two variants – one with 5 seats and the other with 7 seats. Whether it’s fitted with standard or adaptive suspension, the Kodiaq handles extremely well for a large car.

The interiors of the new Skoda Kodiaq are largely borrowed from the interiors of the VisionS Concept and the Superb Sedan. The engine line up of the new Skoda comes with 3 petrol and 2 diesel options, giving potential buyers a host of choices to choose from.

Inspired by the Kodiaq bear, this car is the flagship of the Skoda marque. With a standard 6.5 inches display in all the variants, the Skoda Kodiaq also features QUAD headlights & ‘ANGULAR’ LED brake lamps.

Spoilt for choice.

The 5 and 7 seats come with the option of folding the seats, increasing the space for storage. The car also comes with an extremely spacious boot that lets you store up to 520 liters. If the chairs are folded, the storage space increases to about 720 liters.

The Skoda Kodiaq is complete value for money. With plush interiors and luxurious features, if you’re looking to get new car, the Skoda Kodiaq is definitely it! Visit: to find out more. Stay tuned to know when the Kodiaq is slotted for launch in India.
